Pork Kimchi Cooked Rice for Parties Pork Kimchi Cooked Rice for Parties
I cooked rice together with my favorite pork kimchi. Please add in the kimchi juice as well. You can give it a bit of a crunch if you use the mixed rice setting on your rice cooker.All-purpose ketchup does a good job of giving this a nice flavor. It isn't nearly as spicy as it looks, so don't worry about that. Even kids can eat it without a problem. Feel free to increase the amount of kimchi and doubanjiang if you want it spicy. Singapore Chicken Rice (Khao Man Kai) Singapore Chicken Rice (Khao Man Kai)
After trying out many recipes for this dish, I simplified it in my own way to come to this recipe. If you remove the scum diligently, you will end up with a clear soup.If you add vegetables of your choice to a soup made with the poaching liquid, it's delicious too. (Chinese cabbage, green onion or leek, etc.)The chicken poaching liquid is delicious by itself, but if you feel it needs more flavor, add a little chicken soup stock granules. Seasoned Mochi Sticky Rice Stuffed Roast Chicken for Christmas Seasoned Mochi Sticky Rice Stuffed Roast Chicken for Christmas
I came up with this recipe to enjoy chicken, vegetables and rice all at the same time. It was for my husband, who wanted to "eat a whole chicken!"I thought seasoned mochi sticky rice would be lighter than pilaf since it doesn't use any butter. It will be delicious if you rub the chicken with herbs and garlic. You can make delicious salad, soup and sandwich with the leftovers! Please adjust the baking time and temperature according to the size of your chicken and the oven. Cover with aluminum foil if the chicken is browning too much. Recipe by perthlove3 cookpad.japan -

Easy Black Eyed Peas with Rice Easy Black Eyed Peas with Rice
I made this after researching various recipes. Even in America, I make traditional Japanese New Year's food, so I don't make this for the New Year, but since it's so easy, I make it when I'm in the mood on other days.If you don't have chicken stock, use 500 ml water and 2 teaspoons granulated chicken soup.It will probably also taste delicious made with just water or with Japanese-style dashi soup stock.Decreasing the amount of chicken stock and adding canned diced tomatoes will also taste great. Macrobiotic Baked Rice Bran & Natto Dumplings Macrobiotic Baked Rice Bran & Natto Dumplings
I was very doubtful when I made these the first time, but I was amazed at how easy they were to eat. I made them as a snack for myself, but my kids and even my husband, who doesn't like rice bran, eats them. The natto and the rice bran cancel out each other's strong odor, and the dumplings are tasty. You can eat these with your hands, but you can bake them in aluminium cups to make them easier to eat. Adjust the amount of curry powder to taste. You can omit the chikuwa and cheese if you like. But I recommend including them the first time you make these. Feel free to vary the ingredients.
