Ingredients

4-6 servings
  1. 6center cut boneless pork chops
  2. 1Sweet Onion- sliced in thin circle’s
  3. 4-5yellow potatoes 🥔 peeled sliced thin
  4. Mushrooms (optional)
  5. 2 tbspflour
  6. 2 tbspbutter
  7. 14 ozor 1can of chicken broth
  8. Salt and pepper
  9. pinchGarlic powder -
  10. 2 tbspPork seasoning -
  11. 1 tbspPaprika -

Cooking Instructions

    Turn on oven to 350

  2. 2

    Prepare an oven safe pan- I use my Staub Baker.. coat bottom w olive oil, wipe out.
    Add sliced and peeled thin potatoes in bottom, then sliced onions, then mushrooms.

    Season pork chops generously, both sides.. with salt and pepper and pork seasonings. Add 2tbsp of butter to pan as you are browning the pork chops. You are only browning. Add Pork Chops to pan w vegetables, lay on top.

    In a saute pot, add two tbsp of butter, once melted add 2tbsp flour, whisk, add broth, bring to boil., stir.add seasoning- salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. This should bubble and thicken. Pour sauce over Pork Chops. Cover and bake for 45 minutes
