Thin pork chops are a quick and easy week night meal. The most important step is to not overcook them so they are juicy and tender. I served them very simple here but they also are perfect with any favorite sides. fenway -
Pork Chop Scalloped Potato Bake Pork Chop Scalloped Potato Bake
#CA2025 One dish meal. This is quick, easy and a great option for those busy nights when cooking is almost out of the question. This can be easily halved for two servings. This recipe called for cream of mushroom soup and my family refuses to eat mushrooms so I substituted cream of celery. I also added frozen broccoli to complete the meal. cindybear -

Pork Chops Pork Chops
These are natural pork chops, not smoked ones. I didn't know how to cook them, so I found a simple recipe online. As usual, I couldn't get all the ingredients, so here's what I used. Note: I use an electric oven, so it takes a bit longer to bake the meat, but if you use a gas oven, it might take less time. Remember to keep an eye on the cooking time. edite_valTranslated from Cookpad Mexico -

Grilled Pork Chops Grilled Pork Chops
There are dishes that are very familiar to everyone. However, for me, this is the first time in my life that I've tried cooking it. It's Grilled Pork Chops (very familiar, right, especially for fans of broken rice dishes).Honestly, this isn't my favorite dish. (I only eat broken rice with shredded pork, egg cake, and fried eggs, but never with pork chops). So, until now, I've never made this dish. Even when going to the market or supermarket, I've never included pork chops on my shopping list. But recently, our family was gifted some pork chops from the supermarket, so today, I had to try grilling this dish using an air fryer (since we don't have a charcoal grill). So, I went online to find recipes and tried to follow them with a lot of anticipation and nervousness. Every time I pulled out the baking tray to check, it felt like opening a mystery box... Luckily, in the end, the pork chops were grilled and turned out quite well... They looked similar to the ones at broken rice restaurants... And apparently, they tasted pretty good (according to my daughter, a fan of 'broken rice with pork chops and egg cake')...
