I made 12 thinner chops, because that's what I had on hand. Normally I would do a thicker chop and serve 1 per person. The amount of sauce came out to about 1 Teaspoon per chop.

Ingredients

20 minutes
6 servings
  1. 6-12pork loin chops (boneless 1-2 inches thick)
  2. Salt & pepper
  3. 1/3 cuppomegranate molasses
  4. 3 Tablespoonsbrown sugar
  5. 2 Tablespoonswhole grain mustard
  6. 2 TablespoonsWorcestershire sauce

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 400 F

  2. 2

Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops and bake on a baking sheet for 20 minutes, turning over half way through cooking. You could also pan fry the chops on the stovetop for approximately 5-7 minutes per side.

  3. 3

While the chops are cooking, mix the remaining ingredients in a small sauce pan and cook over medium high heat while stirring. Cook to a thick syrup consistency.

  4. 4

Let chops rest for a few minutes. Serve the chops with sauce spooned on top.

  5. 5

I served these with oven roasted potatoes and steamed green beans.
