  1. 1large bunch spinach
  2. 1large tomato
  3. 1small can tuna
  4. 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  5. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  6. 1 clovegrated garlic
  7. 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  8. 1 teaspoonsugar
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Black pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Dressing: Combine 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 small can of tuna (well-drained), 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 clove grated garlic, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, a scant teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, and black pepper.
