  1. 2(about 10 1/2 oz) potatoes
  2. 2 cupsshredded cabbage
  3. 1 slicebacon
  4. 1-1 1/2 ozcheese
  5. 1 1/2 tablespoonsbutter, divided
  6. 2 tablespoonspotato starch
  7. 3 tablespoonsall-purpose flour
  8. 1egg
  9. Salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and julienne the potatoes, and cut the bacon into 1/2-inch pieces. Mix all the ingredients together.

    Melt 1 1/2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet and add the mixture by spoonfuls. Cook over low heat until both sides are thoroughly cooked.
