Cooking Instructions

Cut the half block of tofu into about 16 pieces.
*The image shows the tofu just before slicing horizontally. - 2
Place water, granulated dashi, and tofu in a pot, cover, and start heating from cold.

Once it starts boiling, skim off any foam if necessary, turn off the heat, and dissolve the miso.

Turn the heat back on and warm until just before boiling, then serve in bowls. Add dried wakame as needed, and it's done!!
