Enjoy a Mocktail! Eggnog

Eggnog is similar to a Japanese egg sake, but I made a non-alcoholic hot mocktail. It's enjoyable for children and warms the body. The origin of this recipe: Eggnog is often enjoyed during the Christmas season. I learned this from overseas friends and decided to make it non-alcoholic.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a bowl, beat the egg and sugar until thick and frothy.
- 2
Use an electric mixer on high speed for about 1.5 minutes.
- 3
Bring the milk to a boil and remove any film that forms on the surface.
- 4
Pour half of the beaten egg mixture into a heatproof glass and add the hot milk.
- 5
Sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
- 6
Instead of cinnamon, you can use 1 teaspoon of instant coffee powder for a coffee flavor or 1 teaspoon of matcha powder for a matcha flavor. Feel free to customize.
- 7
Add vanilla extract to make it a milkshake.
