  • 1egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoonssugar (about 25 grams)
  • 1 dashvanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cupsmilk (300 ml)

    Prepare the ingredients for the recipe.

    In a cup or glass, beat the egg yolk with the sugar until it is very creamy. In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil with the vanilla extract.

    Once it reaches a boil, immediately pour it into the beaten yolk, stir to mix well, and serve!
