Ingredients

Makes 4 servings in pudding cups
  1. 1 containeryogurt
  2. 3 1/3 tablespoonsheavy cream (50cc)
  3. 1whole egg
  4. 2 tablespoonsgranulated sugar (25g)
  5. 1 tablespooncake flour (10g)
  6. 7 tablespoonsmilk (100cc)
  7. A fewdrops vanilla extract
  8. 2 teaspoonshoney (10g)

Cooking Instructions

    If straining, strain the yogurt overnight using a paper towel.

    Transfer the yogurt to a bowl or the container it came in, and mix in the heavy cream.
