Today I have made tasty delicious Sewai Rabdi Katori sweet dish. It's unique sweet dish with unique combination of Rabdi and cooked sewai.

Today I have made tasty delicious Sewai Rabdi Katori sweet dish. It's unique sweet dish with unique combination of Rabdi and cooked sewai.

Making Rabdi -
Heat a kadai add cornstarch, milk powder, sugar, milk and mix it well and continue cooking in low flame until the mixture becomes thickens. - 2
Now add milk cream and mix everything properly. Then add chopped dry fruits, cardamom powder, rose essence and mix it nicely then turn off the flame. Rabdi is ready. Keep it into the fridge for cooling.

Making Katori -
Heat ghee in a kadai add crushed sewai and roast them on low flame for 2-3 minutes until they are crisp and roast well. - 4
Now add little water and mix it for softness then add condensed milk, mix it well. After mixing, turn off the flame

Take bowls, line it with alluminium foul and grease it with ghee, to let the katori demouled easily. Take this hot sewai mixture and add it in bowl and press it. Adjust the shape with spoon or hands. Place it in fridge for 1-2 hours to set.

Now demouled the katori and fill the chilled prepared rabdi in sewai katori and garnish with crushed pistachio.

Sewai Rabdi Katori sweet dish is ready. Garnish with pistachio and rose petals and chilled serve it.
