Ingredients

1 cup
  1. 1 containerPartheno (plain, unsweetened)
  2. 1/2-1 teaspoonwater or milk
  3. 2 teaspoons(optional) zero-calorie sweetener like Lakanto
  4. About 5 drops (optional) vanilla extract or vanilla oil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix everything in a cup.
    Adding rum to the essence is also delicious.

    Note: Some sweeteners may not dissolve completely.
    If this happens, pour water over the sweetener and let it sit for a few minutes before mixing.
