Mie goreng / Stir-fried noodle

After making my own noodle, I thought to make mie goreng with any ingredients I have in my fridge. It turned out very good and tasty.
This is my first mie goreng that I ever made from scratch.
Nb. You may use any meat or vegetables that you love to create this dish.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare your vegetables. Boil the noodle-half cooked. Set it aside.
- 2
You may beat the egg first in a bowl or just direct fry it on the pan without beating. In a frying pan, add 1 tbsp oil, stir fry the egg for 2 minutes until well cooked. Transfer it out to a plate.
- 3
In the same pan, add one tablespoon oil, add the sliced onions/shallot, stir fry it. Add the green chili and tomatoes. Stir fry it for 3 minutes until the tomatoes got soft. Add green peas.
- 4
Add the cooked noodles and eggs, give seasoning - salt, pepper, chili powder. Mix them well. Stir fry it for 3 minutes. Add some oil if it is too dry.
- 5
Switch off the heat. Transfer the fried noodle in your plate. Enjoy your meal. Selamat makan!

Mie / Mee Goreng (Fried Noodle) Tek Tek Mie / Mee Goreng (Fried Noodle) Tek Tek
Mee Goreng (Fried Noodle) Tek Tek is like Indonesian national street food. The fact that the sellers are using street cart and dragging the cart around all neighbourhoods while creating the noise to attract the potential dinner hunger customers (you don't definitely need to go to their cart, in fact they will approach your house gate and cook in front of your house) . The sellers are creating the noise by hitting the wok pan that sounds like "tag tag" or "tek tek" in Indonesian spelling. That's where the name tek tek comes from. Oscar Kurniawan Oz -

Stir-fry Noodle Soup Stir-fry Noodle Soup
In the style of Shandong, and taken with liberties from Martin Yan, this soup has a seriously savory body that invites you to eat everything broth and all. It starts with a stir fry of pork, mushrooms, and veggies, followed by an Asian stock, which poaches eggs. The soup is labeled over noodles. Surprisingly hearty yet light. Lance Wilson -
