Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 2 bunchesparsley finely chopped
  2. 4Roma tomatoes finely chopped
  3. 1/2 bunchfresh mint finely chopped
  4. 1-2garlic cloves, minced (optional)
  5. 1/2 cupextra fine bulgar
  6. Some flaxseed (optional)
  7. 4Onions (1 white and 3 green onions very finely chopped
  8. 1cucumber finely chopped
  9. 4Small to medium heads of radish finely chopped
  10. 2lemons juice
  11. 4 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
  12. Dashblack pepper and cinnamon
  13. Romain lettuce leaves washed and dried to serve/decorate with
  14. Salt to your taste
  15. voilà, bon appétit

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the bulgur wheat and soak it in water for 5-7 minutes till it drain well.

    Chop all the vegetables, herbs, green onions and tomatoes draining excess juice if needed.

  3. 3

    Place all in a large bowl and toss or mix all gently; parsley, mint, tomatoes, lemon juice, garlic, radish, peppers, cinamon, salt and at the end add the olive oil and flaxseed (optional)

    Taste and adjust seasonings as you like while mixing; serve with lettuce leaves.
