  1. 4 slicesbread
  2. 1 sticksoften butter
  3. 1 tspdried parsley
  4. Salt and pepper to taste

    Assemble ingredients and preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    In a small bowl, add soften butter and smash it with a fork. Add a tsp of parsley and optional salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well incorporated.

    Place the four slices of bread on an oven safe dish and, with a brush, begin to cover each side of the bread with a generous amount of the butter and parsley mixture.

    Place bread in the oven for 14 minutes, turning them over half way.

  5. 5

    Serve warm as a side with Alfredo pasta and peas.
