  1. Submerged Cucumber
  2. 1 kgBaby cucumbers sliced
  3. 1/4 cupsalt
  4. 0.5 kgwater
  5. Brine
  6. Brine Wagon
  7. 1 cupsugar
  8. 2 cupapple cider vinegar
  9. Brine Food wishes
  10. 2 cupsdistilled white vinegar
  11. 2 cupswhite sugar
  12. 1/4 cupwater
  13. Season Wagon
  14. 1 tbspmustard seed
  15. 1 tsptumeric powder
  16. 0.5 tspcelery seed
  17. 1bay leaf
  18. 2garlic cloves
  19. 0.5 tbspwhole black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Dissolve the salt in the water and add sliced cucumbers. Make sure pickles are submerged. COVER AND PUT IN FRIDGE OVERNIGHT BEFORE CONTINUING.

    Drain cucumbers and set aside. Add sugar, apple cider, mustard seeds, turmeric, celery seeds, bay leaves, garlic cloves and black pepper to pot. Heat and stir until sugar is dissolved.

    Add cucumbers and continue heating until mixture reaches 180F ~ 82 C (or heat until almost boiling, until occur a little bubble around like it starts simmering again).
    Turn off and let cool before putting in the fridge.
