  1. 12eggs
  2. 1avocado
  3. 2 dashlemon juice
  4. 1 tspvinegar
  5. 2 tbspmayonnaise
  6. 1 tbspranch dressing
  7. 1 tspdry mustard
  8. salt and pepper
  9. paprika

    Place eggs in a pot with cold water.

    Bring to a boil.

    Cover and remove from heat.

    Leave them for 15 minutes.

    Place eggs into an ice bath.

  6. 6

    Remove the flesh of the avocado and mix with the lemon juice and vinegar.

    Add mayonnaise and dressing.

    Once eggs are chilled remove shells. Cut in half and remove yolks.

    Mix yolks with avocado mixture. Season to tast.

    Spoon mixture back into egg white halves.

    Dust with paprika.
