Ingredients

  2. Mayonnaise
  3. Sweet relish
  4. Dijon mustard
  5. Mustard
  6. Seasonings
  7. Sugar
  8. Paprika
  9. Parsley

Cooking Instructions

    Place the eggs in a pot of boiling water, and cook them until they are hard boiled, approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Drain the eggs, and let them cool.

    Once cool, peel hard boiled eggs. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out yolks and place into a bowl.

    Mash the yolks with a fork. Mix together the mayonnaise, sweet relish, mustard, Dijon mustard, and sugar until well combined.

    Add the filling to a ziplock bag, cut the bottom corner of the bag, and fill the egg shells with the filling. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.

    Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
