  1. 1/2 cupmoth bean
  2. 4 tbspoil
  3. 2onion
  4. 1tomato
  5. leavesCoriander
  6. 3 tbspKanda lasun chtani
  7. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  8. 1 cupmix farsan
  9. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  10. 2 tbspgroundnut powder
  11. 2 tbspdry coconut powder
  12. 1 tspasafoetida
  13. 1 tbspgaram masala
  14. 1 tspjeera powder
  15. 1 tspdhaniya powder
  16. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  17. 1boiled potato

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the moths beans for nearly 4 to 5 hour now drain all water and keep this month beans in the cotten cloth you will got the sprouts.

    In kadai add some oil and roast the sprouts.

    Now add the oil in the kadai,add jeera,musterd seeds,,asafoetida,chopped onion, tomato saute it now add ginger garlic paste,coconut powder Kanda lasun chtani,red chilli powder,add sprouts mix all ingredients and add warm water

    Let cook the moth beans,cook this for 6 to 7 min, add cut boiled potato,add ground nut powder cook this for for 3 to 4 min and off the flame.

    Serve this curry with onion,mix farsan,coriander leaves and bread and lemon.
