  2. 1 bunchwater leaf
  3. 4medium fresh pepper (blended)
  4. 4 tablespooncrayfish (blended)
  5. 1 kgbeef/ 1 big wrap of stock fish
  6. 1medium onion to boil the beef
  7. to tastesalt
  8. 2 cupspalm oil
  9. 3cow skin (Kpomo)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and boil your beef with stock fish,salt and onion only.

    Wash and chop the water leaf and set aside.. pound or blend the afang and set aside..

    Add palm oil to your boiling pot of meat.. cover and allow to boil for about 2min..

  4. 4

    Add seasoning cubes and pepper to the boiling pot of meat and stock.

  5. 5

    Add your cow skin and crayfish... pour your afang and water leaf at the same time so that none over cook..

    Stir well and let it simmer for 10 sec..

    Soup is ready and be served with pounded yam, garri,wheat or semovita
