Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchwater leaf
  2. 3 cupokazi fresh leaf (sliced)
  3. 5fresh pepper medium
  4. 1onion bulb small
  5. 3 cubemaggi
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1kilo goat meat
  8. 1/2 cupstock fish
  9. 1/4 cup palm oil
  10. 2 tablespooncrayfish (blended)

    Wash water leaf and slice

    Wash pepper and onion blend them together

  3. 3

    Wash meat,stockfish with salt and put in a clean pot add little water and place on heat

  4. 4

    Add maggi,salt allow to boil for 15 min

    Pound the uziza leaf in a moltar for 8 min

  6. 6

    Add pepper,onion,crayfish allow to heat for 5min

  7. 7

    Add palm oil allow to heat for 3 min

  8. 8

    Add the waterleaf allow to heat for 10 min

  9. 9

    Add the pounded uziza leaf for 5 min and stir everything together

  10. 10

    Afang soup is ready very very delicious.Can be eaten with semo,eba,pounded yam.
