Ingredients

  1. 1 kgoffals
  2. 1 cupperiwinkle
  3. 3 cupafang leaf (sliced)
  4. 1 bunchwaterleaf (sliced)
  5. 5habanero pepper (blended)
  6. 1/2 cuppalm oil
  7. 4knorr cube
  8. 2 tablespooncrayfish (grounded)
  9. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash offals with salt very well put in a clean pot,add knorr cube and little water allow to boil until meat becomes tender for 15min.

    Add pepper after 2min add palm oil for 3min then crayfish and waterleaf for 7min.

    Pound afang leaf and add stir,then wash periwinkle and add stir everything together turn off after 6min.

    Then serve in a plate with semo or fufu.
