Ingredients

  1. 1 kggoat meat
  2. 5fresh pepper
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 3 cubeknorr
  5. 1/2 cupcrayfish
  6. 1cksp palm oil
  7. 2 bunchwaterleaf washed
  8. 2 cupsslice okazi leaf (a fang leaf)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash goat meat and per boil with pepper, salt and knorr cube

  2. 2

    Blend okazi and crayfish with the dry miller set aside

  3. 3

    Once the goat meat is tender add palm oil remaining pepper and knorr cube, stir and cover pot for about 3 minutes

  4. 4

    Add water leaf and allow it simmer for 5 minutes afterwards add okazi leaf stir and let it simmer on low heat for another 5 minutes then turn off the heat.

    Serve with fufu, eba and co
