Ingredients

  1. 2-3 cupspounded or granded Afang leaf
  2. 1 1/2 cupchop Water leaf
  3. 5-7 piecesKpomo
  4. Medium size stockfish
  5. Pepper as desire
  6. Dry fish /crayfish as desire
  7. 2 cubesMaggi
  8. Onion
  9. Salt
  10. Water
  11. Palm oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash your meat, stock fish, kpomo, and dry fish season and steam until meat is done

  2. 2

    Add chopped water leaf and stir

  3. 3

    Add Palm oil and allow it cook for 5minutes

  4. 4

    Correct your seasoning like Maggi, salt and pepper

  5. 5

    Add crayfish and stir

  6. 6

    Add afang leaf

  7. 7

    Note: if your soup is too tick please add little oil or water.
