Ingredients

  1. 2 bunchwater leaf (washed and drained)
  2. 2cksp Palm Oil
  3. 1bulb onion blended
  4. 7fresh pepper blended
  5. 1/2 kgbeef
  6. 1 cupdice kpomo
  7. 1/2 cupdried fish shredded
  8. 1 cupokazi leaf blended
  9. 1/2 cupcrayfish blended
  10. 1/2 cupstock fish shredded
  11. salt to tast
  12. 3stock cube

Cooking Instructions

    In a big pot boil stock fish, beef, kpomo and add pepper, salt, onions and stock cube to taste with small quantity of water, cook till beef is tender and soft

    When done, add the dry fish and cook for about 5 more minutes.

    Now add the palm oil, crayfish and the remaining pepper. Once it starts boiling, add the afang (okazi) leaves and water leaves.

    When the okazi leaves have softened and the water has dried up a bit, add salt to taste and leave to simmer for about 5 minutes.

    The Afang soup is ready serve with Rice or any swallow of your choice
