  1. 4Tofu Sheets (cut into wide strips)
  2. 3Mini Cucumbers (cut into wide strips)
  3. 2Garlic Cloves, roughly chopped
  4. Chopped Cilantro
  5. 1/2 tspSalt
  6. 1 tspSugar
  7. 1 tbspVinegar
  8. 1 tbspSoy Sauce
  9. 2 tbspSesame Oil
  10. 3 tbspChili Oil
  11. 1 tspChili Flakes (optional)
  12. 4-6Fresh Green Chili Peppers, sliced
  13. 4-6Fresh Red Chili Peppers, sliced

Cooking Instructions

    Bring a pot of water to a boil. Boil the tofu sheets for 1 minute, then strain and squeeze out any excess water.

    Cut the tofu sheets and cucumbers into wide strips for a better texture.

    In a large bowl, combine the tofu, cucumbers, garlic, and cilantro.

    Add salt, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili oil, and chili flakes (if using). Mix well.
