Easy Tomato and Cucumber Salad with Sesame Ponzu Dressing

This came to me when I was nibbling on a cucumber after taking a bath, because I didn't have any dessert on hand.

Just chill it very well in the refrigerator!!
Slice the cucumbers very thinly.
Use whatever ponzu sauce you like, but I recommend one that has yuzu in it. It's really good.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1Tomato (or cherry tomatoes)
  2. 2Cucumbers
  3. 1/2 tspSesame oil
  4. 1 tbspPonzu (a type with yuzu preferred)
  5. 1Ground sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the tomato into bite sized pieces and thinly slice the cucumbers. Put them both in a bowl.

    Add the sesame oil.

  3. 3

    Add the ground sesame seeds and ponzu sauce.

  4. 4

    Mix lightly, cover the bowl and chill very very well in the refrigerator.

  5. 5

    Transfer to serving plates and it's done.
