Ingredients

  1. 1 cupSattu
  2. 1/2 cupGram flour/besan
  3. 2 cupWater
  4. 2 tbspFinely chopped french beans
  5. 2 tbspFinely chopped onion
  6. 1/4 tspFinely chopped green chilli
  7. 1 tspGrated ginger
  8. 1tspFinely chopped coriander leaves
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. 2 tbspOil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add sattu, besan,onion,green chilli,coriander leaves,ginger, french beans and salt and mix well.

    Add two cup of water and make smooth batter Now heat oil in a pan and spread the mixture over it.
    Flip it when it turns little red.

  3. 3

    Your sattu cheela is ready to eat.
    Repeat the same process with rest of the batter.
    Serve hot with subji.
