Ingredients

  1. 2 bunchwater leaf
  2. 2 bunchpunkin leaf
  3. 1kilo beef
  4. 2cow skin
  5. 2dry fish
  6. halfbottle of red oil
  7. to tastesalt
  8. 4fresh pepper (blended)
  9. 4seasoning cube
  10. 1medium onion bulb

    Wash your water leaf and pumpkin leaf slice and put in different bowl set aside..

  2. 2

    Wash your beef,cow skin and dry fish with salty water.. put in a pot seasoning with salt, onion,maggi and pepper.. cook for 10min..

  3. 3

    Pour your red oil into the boiling pot put in your punkin and water leaf together.. so that none over cook.. allow to cook for 5min..

  4. 4

    Your soup is ready so yummy.. it can be served with pounded yam, wheat, semovita or garri
