Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. 2medium dry fish
  3. 1/2tea spoon of locust bean
  4. 1/2tea spoon of ground pepper
  5. 1table spoon of crayfish
  6. 2cooking spoon of groundnut oil
  7. 3 cubesmaggi
  8. 1 pinchsalt to taste
  9. 1medium size onion

Cooking Instructions

    First of all you wash your rice and parboil. After which you strain and set aside

    Return your pot on fire, you fry your oil and onion

  3. 3

    You add your washed dry fish, maggi, locust bean, pepper and crayfish to the pot on fire and allow to boil for 5 minutes before adding the rice and add a pinch of salt to taste. Then cover and allow to cook.

    Your native rice is ready to be served.
