Ingredients

8 servings
  1. Marinade:
  2. 1/4 tsalt
  3. 1/8 tpepper
  4. 1 tcornstarch
  5. 1 Tsoy sauce
  6. ginger
  7. 3green onions
  8. 1green peppers
  9. 1/2 cbamboo shoots
  10. Seasoning sauce:
  11. 1 Trice vinegar
  12. 2 Tsoy sauce
  13. 1 Trice wine
  14. 1/2 tsalt
  15. 1 tsugar
  16. 1/2 tcornstarch
  17. 1/3 ccrisp almonds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Dice chicken. Marinade 30 mins. Stir fry almonds. Drain on paper towel. Cook chicken and put in bowl. Stir fry veggies. Add seasoning sauce. Add chicken back in. Add almonds. Serve with rice.
