Ingredients

  1. 300 gtiger but
  2. 100 gdabino/dates
  3. 1ball of coconut

Cooking Instructions

    Wash tiger nuts,remove and wash the seeds of dabino/dates.

  2. 2

    Soak for few hours (3-4),crack and cut the coconut in bits.

  3. 3

    Add the coconut,tigernut and dates.gdates.grind in a mill.

  4. 4

    Sieve in a net by adding water little by little.

  5. 5

    The outcome is the milk and creamy kunu.
