Ginger, Coconut smoothie

Ingredients

  1. Toasted coconut chips
  2. Oat milk
  3. Crushed ice
  4. I prefer Vanilla Protein powder but banana works
  5. ScoopChia seeds
  6. Chunk of peeled ginger
  7. Optional, tsp of virgin coconut oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pretty simple, crush ice in blender

  2. 2

    Add oat milk and blend

  3. 3

    Add remaining ingredients except chia and blend until smooth

  4. 4

    Add chia and blend for a couple more seconds

  5. 5

    Drink up
