Garnished jellof rice with chicken and cucumber

Ingredients

1hour
2persons
  1. 2 spooncurry powder
  2. 3maggi cube
  3. 1 pinchsalt
  4. 1onions bulb
  5. 3fresh papper
  6. 2 sachettomatoes
  7. chicken meat
  8. 2 cupsrice
  9. 1cucumber
  10. 2 tinmilk cup of vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash your rice and put on the fire, allow it to boil for 20minutes and drop from the fire, drain water from it

  2. 2

    Put a new pot on the fire and add your vegetable oil to it, when it becomes hot,add your slice onions to it and add your chopped green beans and carrot

  3. 3

    Remove the green beans and carrot fro m the oil and add your tomatoes and blended pepper fry till you have a paste

    Add your maggi and salt and your curry powder stir together and add water to it

  5. 5

    Wash your rice and put in the fire allow it to boil for 20minutes and drop add your fried green beans and carrot and stir

  6. 6

    Stir the entire pot together, serve your rice in a plate and put your chicken meat beside it and also your sliced cucumber

  7. 7

    Enjoy your meal
