Homemade beans with kidney sauce

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsbrown beans
  2. Cow kidney
  3. Vegetable oil
  4. Chopped Onion and pepper
  5. Chopped tomatoes, carrot, green beans, garlic and ginger
  6. Salt and seasoning
  7. Lemon zest and juice

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the beans until soft and mashy. Don't forget to put salt. This should take about 1 to 1 and a half hour.

    For the sauce : heat vegetable oil then add the chopped onion and pepper. After about two minutes add the chopped cooked kidney and all the chopped ingredients. And the lemon juice and zest. Add salt and seasoning to taste. Then serve with the beans
