Vietnamese Yogurt Vietnamese Yogurt
Yogurt has always been my favorite food since little. I've been trying to make some for so long and never succeeded. After several times trying and failing, I finally came to the right way of making it and got it to work. Now, my husband and three little ones get to enjoy fresh, home-made yogurt everyday :-) Enjoy and good luck! Thủy Trúc Nguyễn -
Cream Cheese Yogurt Muffins Cream Cheese Yogurt Muffins
I wanted to make a dessert with salt-preserved cherry blossoms. I made these muffins as I though the salt-preserved cherry blossoms would go really well with cream cheese and yogurt. Topping with cherry blossoms, they became a perfect dessert for spring. Check out my recipe for "Cherry Blossoms Preserved in Salt".Cream the butter and sugar really well until the mixture becomes white and pale. Mixing the flour too much makes the batter heavy, so fold the flour in gently, leaving some unmixed. I wanted to make them light-colored muffins, so I didn't use eggs. Cover with aluminum foil to prevent burning. Recipe by Mimato cookpad.japan -
Crockpot Greek Yogurt Crockpot Greek Yogurt
Two recipes in one. To make yogurt just drain it for an hrs after it’s done. For Greek yogurt, drain it in the refrigerator overnight. There is no sugar or fruits added, can add all that stuff later as needed, I didn’t want my big batch to be just one flavor, I wanted to use it For different things, like (To make a flavor batch just get the flavor yogurt with live culture, like vanilla for example )for cooking, so it’s all plain . I made yogurt and I took the other half and made Greek yogurt. If you don’t want a big batch I put that in here too. When making this , do not peek at it, or remove lid at anytime. The only time this lid comes off is the step where you add the starter yogurt and that’s it, I can’t stress this enough as it will not work if that lid comes off , even for a sneak peek and you wasted all that time. There is nothing to making just time. If you have other people in the house when this is being made, make sure everyone knows not to touch it , or remove that lid, or the towel in that last step, if you have to put a do not touch note on it. I watched 3 videos on how to do this before i attempted this , I will put them in the notes below for anyone who wants a better understanding before trying this. I highly recommend watching them , the first one is about 8 mins the other one is 19 mins long. 🌈NinjaMommaKitchen🌈 -

Grapefruit Frozen Yogurt Grapefruit Frozen Yogurt
I used Caspian Sea brand yogurt to make a healthy ice cream. When you are freezing it, it helps smooth out the ice cream if you stir it a few times. If you stir it too many times though, it won't finish freezing so don't stir it too much. If it is a bother to stir it, you don't have to and it will still be fine.If it gets too hard, just pull it out for a little bit and let it approach room temperature. When it softens, it's ready to be eaten.I had this with ice cream and honey grapefruit. In step 1, I squeezed out the remaining grapefruit, mixed it with honey, and then dipped grapefruit in it.)It was delicious. Recipe by Orihime mama cookpad.japan -

Fruit Yogurt Agar (Kanten) Fruit Yogurt Agar (Kanten)
I made this to use up yogurt I had. It is easy to make and has lots of fruit in it, so it is delicious. It is not so sweet so if you prefer it sweeter, you can add 10-20 g more sugar if you like.If the fruits are big, cut in advance. You can pour the syrup on the kanten when it has hardened. You have to melt the powdered kanten well at Step 2 otherwise it wouldn't harden. When it starts to bubble, mix for 3 to 4 minutes and let the kanten melt.At Step 3, mix quickly.
