Fruit Yogurt Agar (Kanten)

I made this to use up yogurt I had. It is easy to make and has lots of fruit in it, so it is delicious.
It is not so sweet so if you prefer it sweeter, you can add 10-20 g more sugar if you like.

If the fruits are big, cut in advance. You can pour the syrup on the kanten when it has hardened. You have to melt the powdered kanten well at Step 2 otherwise it wouldn't harden.
When it starts to bubble, mix for 3 to 4 minutes and let the kanten melt.
At Step 3, mix quickly. Recipe by kiri19

This time, I used canned peach and tangerine, and added cut strawberries. I used a small can, so if you are using a big can of fruits, adjust the amount.
