Ingredients

  1. 2eggs
  2. 1/8cabbage - chopped
  3. 1/4 kgrice
  4. 5tomatoes - diced
  5. 2chopped onion
  6. salt
  7. cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Boil 2 cups water for the rice. add rice salt and cooking oil.

  2. 2

    When rice is cooked set aside don't cover.

  3. 3

    Place onions in a pan and add cooking oil.

  4. 4

    Add the beaten eggs and stir continuously

  5. 5

    When eggs are cooked add tomatoes and cover for 4 minutes

  6. 6

    Crash the tomatoes and add salt. stir for 2 minutes then turn off heat.

  7. 7

    Place onions in a sufuria and add cooking oil.

  8. 8

    Add tomatoes(2) and stir as they soften then crash them.

  9. 9

    Add cabbage and salt. add little water and cover.

  10. 10

    After 2minutes uncover and stir. then allow to cook.

  11. 11

    When softened turn off heat and serve.
