Bacon mac and cheese

One of my favorites portioned for a great dinner entree and a few leftover side dishes. Also good for small pot luck meal. Can freeze and cook later.

Ingredients

4 side servings
  1. 1/2 boxelbow pasta
  2. 1/4 cflour
  3. 1 ptmilk
  4. 6 slicesthick cut bacon
  5. to tasteSalt and pepper
  6. 8 ozsharp cheddar
  7. 8 ozmontery jack cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oven to 425 and cook bacon on cooking sheet for 15m.

    Cook pasta for 4 min. Drain but save 1/4c pasta water.

    Grate cheese and set aside.

    Put flour and milk in jar, close tight then shake until combined.

  5. 5

    Add flour and milk into pasta water on low and stir until mixed.

    Add small handfulls of cheese while stirring.

  7. 7

    After mixture is combined heat on medium low for five minutes, stir occansionally.

    Remove mixture from heat and add pasta then stir well.

    Pour into bake pan then cover with crumbled bacon. Cook for 20 minutes.

    Let cool before serving.
