Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsRice
  2. 2large eggs
  3. spring onions
  4. 2large carrots
  5. 1small size green pepper
  6. vegetable oil
  7. salt
  8. cubeschicken
  9. fresh pepper
  10. 1small garlic
  11. curry
  12. thyme

Cooking Instructions

    Parboil rice,allow to soften moderately.

    Slice carrot, spring onions and green pepper in separate bowl's.

    Break eggs into a clean bowl and whisk properly

  4. 4

    Remove rice from fire and wash

  5. 5

    Place pot on fire and add oil to it

  6. 6

    Add your smashed garlic into the hot oil,followed by curry powder

  7. 7

    Add fresh pepper, carrot and continue stirring

  8. 8

    Add your Maggie and salt

  9. 9

    Pour the egg and kip stirring

  10. 10

    Add the rice bit by bit and add green pepper and spring onions

  11. 11

    Repeat the process until it is evenly mixed

  12. 12

    Cover and allow get hot dein bring down from the fire.

  13. 13

    Egg rice is ready.
