Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupbutter (melted)
  2. 2 tablespoonscoconut oil
  3. 7eggs
  4. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  5. 2 cupsalmond flour
  6. 1/2 teaspoonxanthium gum
  7. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  8. Sweetner (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 180c

  2. 2

    Put the eggs into a bowl and beat for 1-2 mins on high

  3. 3

    Add coconut oil and melted butter to eggs, continue beating

  4. 4

    Add remaining ingredients. Will become thick

  5. 5

    Scrape into a baking pan lined with baking paper

  6. 6

    Bake for 45 minutes. (Remove once a skewer comes out of the middle clean)
