MOCHA ROLL
who loves caffee will surely like this... really delicious!
Cooking Instructions

Grease jelly roll pan and line with brown paper. Sift together first three ingredients. Set aside.

Beat the eggs in a bowl until very thick and lemon-colored. Gradually beat sugar. Blend water and vanilla.

Slowly mix in dry ingredients to egg mixture just until batter is smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 375°F. for 12 to 15 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched. Loosen edges and immediately turn upside down on a towel sprinkled with sugar. Carefully remove paper.

Trim off any stiff edges (scissors are easiest for this). While cake is still hot, roll cake in towel sprinkled with sugar. Cool. Unroll again. Spread Mocha filling, roll. You can cut into 1-inch slices.

for Mocha filling: Cream 1/2lb. butter until light and fluffy. Add 2 cups powdered sugar alternately with 2 tbsps. milk and 3 tbsps. strong coffee. Blend well. Mix chopped cashew nuts if desired.
