Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a boil, boiling at a steady rate, let it come to a soft ball stage or 234°F

Your ready to frost with the glaze! pour out and spread fast, when this goes to set it will firm up real quick
- 3
This glaze will thicken upon cooling, leaving a fudge topping to what ever you put it on
