Taisen's semi Italian pasta salad
I have seen a lot of different Italian pasta salads, so I decided to try and do one but I couldn't find the one that I wanted to try, so I ended up just buying stuff that I wanted in it. Nobody in my household would try it besides myself and my youngest daughter. She loved this so much that she kept asking for more. The only thing that she picked out of it was the tomatoes. I will definitely do this again, but I think that I might make a few changes just to make it different. The ham for instance, didn't really go with because I had gotten honey ham. I think regular ham would be better.

taisen's macaroni salad
I am the only one in the house who eats this but my mom did it all the time growing up. I loved it and I always add extra vinegar because I love it so much. when my brother , sister and mom come over for a get together I make this for us all. they take home some everytime. I did this about a week ago and didn't do the boiling of vinegar and sugar. Instead I just added them in and mixed well. Turned out the same. I did add some diced carrots and I really liked it !

Easy Tomato and Cucumber Salad with Sesame Ponzu Dressing
This came to me when I was nibbling on a cucumber after taking a bath, because I didn't have any dessert on hand.Just chill it very well in the refrigerator!!Slice the cucumbers very thinly.Use whatever ponzu sauce you like, but I recommend one that has yuzu in it. It's really good.If you are using regular ponzu sauce, you may want to add a little sugar. For 2 servings. Recipe by Ponzu shokunin nao

Tofu and Cucumber Salad with Umeboshi-Sesame Dressing
I made this when I was out of dressing. It was really good, so I've been relying on it ever since. This is also good with mizuna greens or green bell peppers instead of cucumber. If you leave it standing for too long the tofu will start to exude moisture, so I recommend making it just before you plan to eat it. For 2 servings. Recipe by naganyo

Cucumber ~ Tomato Salad
A light "chunky" side dish to compliment most grilled BBQ meals or serve with Italian dishes. The fresh basil gives it a nice flavor. Add a “hint of mint” (instead of basil) and black olives for a slight, cool refreshing taste, especially with Mediterranean dishes of lamb, grilled chorizo and/or seafood.

Easy cucumber tomato salad
I don't like too tangy of cucumber salad. This salad is just right but I am sure that if it is too tangy you could add more water and if it is not tangy enough just add more vinegar.

Tomato and Cucumber Salad
This is a salad I make ALL summer. This is just the basic recipe but you can think outside the box with this and add Parmesan, pepperoni, provolone, salami, additional veggies like roasted peppers or celery etc etc. Its so simple but delicious!

Cucumber & Tomato Salad

Marinated Cucumber Red Onion Salad
I think I am addicted to this as well as other salads. So easy to make, healthy as well. In this photo you will see bits of finely shredded cheese. Ooops, I was making broccoli salad also and accidentally put the cheese, flax seed, sliced cherry tomatoes, and red beans in my onion and cucumber salad. That will teach me, to either keep the two recipes far apart, or only make one at a time 😊. This is my own amount of ingredients.

Cucumber Citrus Note Salad
The struggle to survive is real: This recipe is over a simple craving for a salad while broke and using what I have. This is such a versatile recipe you will find it easily adapted to how many servings you need, plus enjoying the uplifting notes of lime.

Cucumber Salad (Tzatziki Style)
I found a recipe online and I revised it.. as usual.. I figured, I would use the same ingredients as Tzatziki sauce but minus shredding of cucumbers. And added onions.. Enjoy!

Cucumber and Cherry Tomato Salad
For this salad, I use European or Persian cucumbers because they look nicer, have almost no seeds, and have very thin skin. You can use thick-skinned cucumbers, but you'll need to peel them or leave strips and remove the seeds if you don't like them.

Simple Tomato and Onion Salad
I wanted to make it easier to eat tomatoes, so I made this salad with ingredients I had around the house already. If you don't like the harsh flavor of regular raw onions, use mild sweet onions instead.I love aromatic vegetables like onions, Chinese chives and garlic, but I have to say they're pretty strong-smelling (so be careful if you have an important meeting or occasion coming up). For 4 servings. Recipe by ange

Easy Daikon Radish & Kumquat Tuna Salad
I wanted to make something delicious from kumquats, so I made them into a salad.Microwaving the kumquats in the sugar and vinegar gives them an even more pronounced sweet-sour flavour and softer skins, making them easier to chew.Because tuna is quite salty, I didn't use a lot of mayonnaise, but you can add more to taste.
