Brussel Sprouts with Bacon and Bleu

I was prepping brussel sprouts and bacon before service and was hungry so I figured... Why not prep a little extra then I saw the bleu cheese, added some bacon and was blown away at the taste of this dish.

Ingredients

  1. 3medium brussel sprouts (halved)
  2. 1 tbspbleu cheese crumbles
  3. 4 stripsbacon (diced)
  4. 1 tbspolive oil
  5. 1 tspgarlic cloves (minced)

Cooking Instructions

    Bring medium pan to medium high heat and add bacon and saute until crisp. About 8 minutes. Set bacon aside and discard grease.

    Bring pan back to medium high heat add olive oil and garlic and saute for 2 minutes or until soft. Add brussel sprouts and saute for an additional 8 minutes. Serve on a plate and sprinkle bacon and bleu cheese and serve.
