Ingredients

  1. 2stalks of Brussel sprouts
  2. 12 slicethick cut smoked bacon
  3. 10 ozBleu cheese crumbles
  4. 1heavy cream

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut bacon into bits and fry in large skillet fry till almost crispy

  2. 2

    Cut sprouts in half and add to skillet with bacon fry till soft and slightly browned

  3. 3

    Add bleu cheese crumbles and stir until melted

  4. 4

    Add enough heavy cream to make a sauce. Simmer to thicken
