Ingredients

  1. Dry ingredients
  2. 2red onions
  3. 3jalapenos
  4. 2 cupssugar
  5. 3 pinchespepper
  6. 1 tablespoondry dill
  7. Wet Ingredients
  8. 1 1/2 cupsred wine vinegar
  9. 1 cupwhite wine vinegar
  10. 4 cupswater
  11. Garnish ingredients
  12. 2 clovesgarlic (cracked)
  13. 2 pinchescilantro
  14. Pinchred pepper flakes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Bring all wet ingredients to a boil, turn of heat let sit.

    Julienne red onions, add to pickling container, slice jalapenos add to container, add garnish ingredients raw.

  3. 3

    Add vinegar mixture to pickling container, cool overnight. Let sit 2 days and enjoy, or up to two months in fridge.
