  1. 1 largegranny smith apple
  2. 2 2/3 ozraisins
  3. 2/3 cupapple cider vinegar
  4. 1/2 cuppacked, brown sugar
  5. 1/2 lbsmoked sausage
  6. 1 cupchopped celery
  7. 1baby carrot grated
  8. 2 1/2 tbspbutter
  9. 2 tbspcornstarch
  10. 1/4 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Slice sausage into medallions heat butter in a wok or pan add sausage

  2. 2

    Core your apple and chop your celery and add both

  3. 3

    Stir fry a bit add brown sugar and vinegar stir well

  4. 4

    Add raisins cover let simmer 3 minutes

  5. 5

    Add cornstarch solution stirring constantly till thickened add raw grated carrot stir well hope you enjoy just use enough cornstarch solution as you need

  6. 6

    Can be sered with Potato and Onion Pierogi or potato dumpings
