Ingredients

  1. 1spaghetti squash
  2. 1 lbGround beef
  3. 4 ozprego roasted garlic and herb
  4. 4 ozprego Italian sausage and garlic
  5. olive oil, extra virgin
  6. salt
  7. 1ground black pepper
  8. 1garlic powder
  9. water
  10. smalldrizzle extra virgin olive oil

    Preheat oven @ 400 Use a chef's night and cut squash in half lengthwise, then use a soup spoon to gut out the seeds

    Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil ...and season to your liking. .I used pepper, salt, and galric place in oven for 1hr

    Place squash face down in pan add a lil bit of water to keep from drying out just enough to cover the bottom

  4. 4

    While squash in oven ground your beef ..drain then add your spaghetti sauce (I used prego ). ..season to your liking

  5. 5

    Take squash out of oven and let cool for a bit

  6. 6

    Use fork and scrap out yummy insides
