Ingredients

  1. sauce
  2. 1 1/2 lbground meat
  3. 28 ozdiced tomatoes
  4. 28 oztomato sauce
  5. 1/4 tspsalt
  6. 1 tspdried sweet basil
  7. 1 tspgranulated garlic powder
  8. 1 smallonion chopped
  9. spaghetti
  10. 1 largespaghetti squash
  11. 1water
  12. topping
  13. 1/4 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  14. 1 tbspchopped parsley

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit

    Cut the spaghetti squash in half top to bottom length wise. Then remove the seeds.

    In a baking dish put the squash down cut side down. Add water just enough to cover the bottom of dish and spaghetti squash. Bake covered 30-40 minutes. Or until fork tender in the flesh part of squash. Check after 20 minutes if using a smaller squash.

    While that is cooking, brown the meat, add onions. Drain when browned.

    Add the rest of the ingredients of the sauce. Simmer till squash is done.

    When squash is done take a fork and gently shred out the spaghetti squash length wise. Put on a plate add sauce, the parsley and cheese.
