Ingredients

  1. 2 headbroccoli; cut into florets
  2. 2Fresno peppers; sliced
  3. 1green bell pepper; large julienne
  4. 2 clovegarlic; minced
  5. 10basil leaves; chiffonade
  6. 2 tsponion powder
  7. 2 tspcumin
  8. 2 tspturmeric
  9. 1olive oil; as needed
  10. 1 pinchsalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Boil or steam broccoli until nearly tender. Drop in ice water to stop the cooking process.

    Heat oil in a large saute pan. Add peppers. Saute on medium-low heat for approximately 5-10 minutes or until peppers are tender. Add garlic. Saute until fragrant. Add broccoli. Add dried spices. Toss. Cook until broccoli is tender. Add basil. Toss. Serve.
